“Jacob persevered through a lot of adversity early in his career and overcame it to have one of the finest seasons and careers ever put up by an Owatonna Quarterback. He matured into a phenomenal leader on and off the field. His ability to keep plays alive with his mobility was the best we have seen here.”

ACCOLADES: Minnesota Football Showcase All-Star Game nominee; Northstar Maroon-South Defensive Player of the Year (2023); All-Big Southeast District honorable mention (2022); Captain (2023)
FROM COACH JEFF WILLIAMS
“Mitch flipped a switch midseason last year and became a menacing presence at Outside Linebacker. Teams often chose not to run in his direction. When they passed, he led the team in sacks over the past two seasons. Mitch was also a reliable long-snapper which is an underrated skill.”
CALEB HULLOPETER
5-11, 185 I WR
2023 STATISTICS
39 REC, 738 YDS, 7 TD, 18.9 YPC, 67.1 YPG

OWATONNA RECORDS: Career receiving YDS (1,140, 6th); Single-season receiving YDS (738, 7th)
FROM COACH JEFF WILLIAMS
“Caleb brought so many tools to the job of being a receiver. He was a great route runner who could pry himself open. He had great hands and made quarterbacks look good. He was physical, which made him a great perimeter blocker and allowed him to pile up yards after contact. He was the total package for us.”
JACK STROM
6-3, 215 I DL/TE
2023 STATISTICS
14 REC, 133 YDS, 1 TD, 9.5 YPC / 18 TACKLES (11 SOLO), 2.5 SACKS, 2 PB, 1 BK
CAREER STATS, RECORDS & ACCOLADES

ACCOLADES: Led Owatonna defensive line in team defensive points (2023)
FROM COACH JEFF WILLIAMS
“Jack was a disruptive force in the Defensive Line for us this year. He took on double teams and harassed opposing QB’s. He was also a mainstay in our Offensive Line as a TE. He was a great blocker and he provided a match up problem for defenses due to his height and athleticism.”
OWEN BEYER
6-0, 170 I WR/DB
2023 STATISTICS
29 REC, 477 YDS, 5 TD, 16.4 YPC, 38.3 YPG
CAREER STATS, RECORDS & ACCOLADES
CAREER STATS: 37 REC, 585 YDS, 6 TD / 43 TACKLES (40 SOLO), 4 INT, 9 PD
OWATONNA RECORDS: Career receiving YDS (585, 21st); Single-season receiving YDS (422, 23rd)
ACCOLADES: All-Big Southeast District (2022); Captain (2023)
FROM COACH JEFF WILLIAMS
“This fall, (Owen) really shone as a wide receiver. Explosive on the perimeter, great hands, and a superb blocker. Coming off his injury as a junior, we limited Owen on defense until mid-season. He did a nice job at CB as the season wore on and was important to our playoff drive on both sides of the ball, and on special teams.”
TORRIN SMITH
6-0, 225 I DL
2023 STATS
27 TACKLES (18 SOLO), 0.5 SACK
CAREER STATS, RECORDS & ACCOLADES
CAREER STATS: 71 TACKLES (53 SOLO), 6.0 SACKS, 1 FF
ACCOLADES: Captain (2023)
FROM COACH JEFF WILLIAMS
“Torrin began the season as a starter on both sides of the ball, but his production on defense really improved when we got him off the field while we were on offense. Torrin was moved inside to Nose Guard where he saw a lot more double teams. Hence, his statistics don’t show how good a season he had. He did a great job of demanding and defeating doubles, which freed the linebackers up to fly around and make plays.”

FROM COACH JEFF WILLIAMS
“Nolan had one of the finest seasons a receiver has ever had in Owatonna. Every touch had the potential to turn into a touchdown. He is just so explosive. We had not planned to play Nolan extensively on defense, but he became too important to our secondary to keep him off the field. He’s just a great athlete.”

2023 STATS
98 TACKLES (77 SOLO), 2.5 SACKS, 2 FR
CAREER STATS, RECORDS & ACCOLADES
ACCOLADES: Led overall team in defensive points (2023)
FROM COACH JEFF WILLIAMS
“Blake was a tackling machine this fall and his defensive points were the most of any player since Isaac Gefre had 211 in 2018. He just had an outstanding season.”
JACK MENEGUZZO
6-0, 255 I OL
2023 STATS
Blocked for an offense that scored 346 points and finished with 3,945 total YDS (1,393 rushing, 2,642 passing)
FROM COACH JEFF WILLIAMS
“Jack has been a two-year starter at Center and has really grown into the position. He does a great job of identifying and communicating fronts, then getting the blocking scheme put into place. He has been a great run blocker, but really matured in his pass protection this season as well. Our QB’s had a solid pocket up the middle all season.”
