

Thank you for making the MIC’D UP MISFITS PAR 3 CHALLENGE a resounding success! The enthusiasm, support and dedication from everyone involved made for awesome day on the course last Saturday (July 27th).
With that said I would like to personally thank the following individuals for everything they did to help make this event a reality over the last 4-5 months (in no particular order): Mark Langlois, Jon Partridge, Steve Zappa, Jessy Grove, Matthew Hughes, Immanuel Mueller, Cooper Hager, Roy Koenig, Kevin Raney, Ryan Seykora, Matt Ketelsen, David Legault, Kenny Dreyling, Dean Walters, Molly Penny, Jon Quinlivan and my lovely wife Shannon Weisbrod.

8:30 a.m. registration / 10 a.m. shotgun start
REGISTRATION

Entry fee is just $125 per team and includes 18 holes of golf, cart rental, lunch, a gift furnished by The Fan Owatonna and the chance to win prizes and awards
FORMAT
Each of the 15 teams will consist of two players apiece and must include one golfer under the age of 17 and one golfer age 18 and up
Round 1 (9 holes): two-player, best ball scramble
Scores will be tabulated and teams will be assigned into one of five, three-team Flights based on their results after the Round 11
Round 2 (9 holes): Modified match play
Teams will square off in a customized scoring system that is a blend of 3-team scramble and match play rules. A complete breakdown of the scoring system will be emailed to each team a few weeks prior to the event and reviewed just before hitting the course on the 27th.
An awards ceremony and prize drawings will take place after the final round. All participants will be eligible for prizes and drawings
FUNDRAISING
If you would like to make an additional contribution, simply add the desired amount to the registration fee and 100% of the difference will be donated directly to the Owatonna Golf Association. For example, if you make a payment of $175, exactly $50 will be gifted to the OGA.
An additional 25% of the overall proceeds raised will be donated to the Owatonna Golf Association‘s general fund
Registration fees will be used to help cover the costs of reserving the course, general green fees, cart rental for all participants, catering, prizes, gifts and other promotional items.
